One late afternoon, three single ladies went out have some fun under the fading sun. A silly idea pop into their heads to check out this studio that makes these awesome videos for weddings. They are called the Mayad Studios. MAYAD Studios is a contemporary premiere company who has gone full thrust in the construction and enhancement of multimedia productions, as well as web design and development. They are best known for their wedding videos earning them, awards and accolades.
One of us has to post as the bride-to-be. At the studio, the personnel who entertained us asked who the bride is, there was a lot of finger-pointing that left the woman-charge confused and baffled. What??? Triple wedding??? She managed through her confusion to show us amazing 15-20 minute music-videoesque wedding videos (how redundant? hehe) that featured clips of the entire wedding, a little a bit of drama & acting from the bride & groom, candid parts and some nostalgic song. Some videos were touching, some were quirky, some were dramatic but all were just simply breathtaking. We three just secretly held back our tears because Mayad Studios somehow grasp the idea of being deliriously in love in a 20 minute video.
After we exhausted ourselves from swallowing back our tears and pretending to be brides to be, we headed to this new resto that served healthy and unique food options. But to our dismay, the waiter said that they can only serve drinks because don’t have food available. They don’t have any ingredients as of that time. So much for healthy & unique food options right? So we hulled our growling stomachs to Afriques, Smallville and ordered a big plate of Afriques Special Pizza, a tomato-based pasta and a pitcher of a refreshing summer cooler. And we talked, talked and talked. We talked until the sun completely faded from the horizon. (This 3 little girls are big talkers, mind you). We talked about the usual – men, the good men, the bad men, the food, friends that last and just how grateful we are to have this little girls’ day out. So when it’s time to pay the check, we learned that a generous angel had paid for our meal. Aren’t we just the luckiest? Hehe
