Working in a different country made me appreciate how wonderful and beautiful my hometown, Iloilo City even more. I am 100% excited when I learned that Iloilo is nominated for New 7 Wonder Cities for 2013. Recently I met a Malay patient who married an Ilongga and he keeps raving about Iloilo. He said it is very beautiful city and that he is very happy with his Ilongga wife. A lovable city and the people in it are the reason for Iloilo's charm. It was also nice to hear this Malay guy talking in my mother tongue. I was so overjoyed to be taking in Hiligaynon in the clinic.
