- My blog is named JenPonix. From the first letter and second to the last and last of my first name, and also from my last name. By the way, my name is Jonie Gen Ponpon, now you know where I get my blog name. The "ix" is just to accessorize the name to be sounds like "phoenix" but the blog name is pronounced as jen-po-niks. I blog about anything in my life's journey that is worth sharing and to serve as my other outlet other than work.
- I just started blogging December 2011. I was stranded in the house for a while before getting work then. I got bored because of nothing to do so I tried and give it a shot in blogging.
- My catch phrase of my blog is "serving a little of everything".

com/ I just love how she blogs.Despite of her some long stories, you don't get bored because of her sense of humor in blogging and she blogs almost everything. From fashion to food, to her travels and to her daily experiences. And even she just posts pictures, her photos speaks.
Advices To Live By
For today's post, I am going to share to you guys and gals my best ever advices being taken and lived by.
Not every time we are perfect. There are really times where despite of being cautious, fate really has its own ways to make something happened unexpectedly.
There's this advice, actually advices since I'm going to share to you guys my 2 advices that I lived by.
This is the best advice I am living with. I got this from some reading (though its not me..:)) a long time ago. It really strikes me the most because of the content of this quotation. This is really true since being contented with your current resources will bring you no problem and stress-free life. If something you don't expect will come, grab the opportunity and be thankful of it and when there's none, just also be thankful since He has a better plan for you. So I'm going to share this to you and you may lived by it too.
Second of the advices I'm going to share to you guys is I know you're well known about this. Also, the meaning, I know you know it already. My readers, I know are intelligent, not like the author, so poor-headed. Hehe.
This is important. Anyone should do this. We may be in different nations and statuses, different nationalities and personalities, or different languages, etc., we should put in mind that never judged nor laughed to a person if there's something he/she might don't know. Mind you, if you're the one who does not know what he/she don't know and he/she laughed at you, what will you feel?
And for the last, I'm going to share to you my advice that I got from someone inclined with fashion.
I got this advice from a Philippine magazine wherein there's a segment inside asking celebrities what advice they can give in shopping. And I read this one above and tried it during I window shop or shopping. Usually, when I have something I want and not on my list, I will not buy it immediately. I will wait for a week to a month before going back and if it still there, I know, its meant for me and waiting for me to purchase it. Because if you buy immediately a want, it might end up wasted. It might be worn or used just once or twice or worst, you just realized you don't want it. What a waste of money!
