This weekend, my boyfie and I went to Oton to do some errands and on our way back to the city, we decided to stop by this little restaurant in Arevalo we been meaning try for quite some time: PIE SURPRISE. You see, we tried some of the foods of Pie Surprise when they catered some snacks in one of our hospital didactics. I didn't eat my share during the didactics but brought it with me after work to share it with my boyfie. We love it! We asked around where we can find Pie Surprise and promised ourselves that we will visit this restaurant soon.

We were really famished from our errands, we skipped on the pies and ordered these:

My boyfie ordered this one. He fed me a lot of spoonful too, hehe. It was surprisingly good. They are not called Pie Surprise for nothing because they do have that element of surprise, hehe... The sauce of the lasagna was rich and flavorful. I could really taste the beef-y yummy goodness.

| Hawaiian Burger P69 |
Since I am a burger girl, this is what I ordered. I love pineapples on my burger. The patty was thick and tasty. I like their sauce in the burger. I don't need to add more ketchup in it. Along with the pineapple, there is also tomatoes and caramelized onion. Ohhh yum!

We divided this equally, hehe. I like the creamy white sauce in it. You know they didn't scrimp on the filling unlike some calzone where there are more bread and air than what's inside.
We were so satisfied with our snacks. We are stomach-friendly full without that gagging & ache-in-the-tummy kind-of full. We are definitely making another trip to Arevalo sometime soon.... ♥
